The BHL Final Four will be held in the Polva city. This decision was taken by the BHL board. The last time the BHL Final Four took place in Polva was in 2018.

The final four will take place on April 15-16. The host Pölva Serviti club will meet VHC Šviesa in the semi-finals. BHL champion Viljandi HC will play ZRHK TENAX Dobele in the semifinals.

The BHL Final Four was also held in Estonia last year. Last season, the Final Four took place in Viljandi.
